From 1987 Tauro is been devoted to production of dryers for fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and other foodstuff.

Care for energy saving, taste for good and healthy things, passion for soil and its products have been the foundations from wich we started in our production of dryers.

The route traced in more than twenty years allowed us to acquire a great experience in the field, experience that today is expressed in all our products, will they be for family use or professional purpose.

Why drying?

The drying process is the most used method for preservation of foodstuff.
Man depends for the greatest part of his feeding on dried products: mainly cereals and legumes as food; soilage, corn, soy for cattle-breeding.
Drying can put you a cut above in creating new high valued productions and above all to exploit the surplus of kitchen gardens and orchards, avoiding any waste.

Why a dryer?

Natural drying with air and sun is not always possible, besides many products can be damaged by the UV rays and it is therfor advisable not to dry them in the sunshine.

Tauro dryers allow to perform a completely natural drying process, ventilating food with lightly heated air. The drying will be uniform and faster, besides it will be possible to use the machine night and day on a 24/7 basis, 365 days per year.
