Our roots are in Veneto countryside, where concepts nowadays particularly appreciated such as energy saving, ecology and care for quality have always been founding values at the very basis of daily survival.
The idea of drying agricultural products without depriving them of their pretious nutritional and organoleptic characteristics was born out of passion and for personal use; once the horizontal air flux drying system efficiency was tested, we started creating products that could expand the concept to apply it for home use and also for the purposes of a modern professional farm.
